How can I order some handles?

How do I become an FTD customer?

Our account holders are vetted on a number of different criteria. The initial determinant would be the volumes and frequency of cabinet hardware they use. Following a conversation with a customer service representative to determine this, the next step would be to organise a visit from one of our field Representatives. If both parties can see a mutual benefit then we would proceed by offering you an account application form.

How do I place an order or enquire about a product?

Fingertip Design has its own dedicated sales team on hand to take orders and answer any queries, such as stock availability, prices and dimensions.

What are the delivery lead times and carriage charges?

Providing stock is available, all orders taken before 13:00 are guaranteed next day delivery.

• MAINLAND UK: £275
• NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLES AND OFFSHORE UK: £500
  
• CHARGE FOR ORDERS UNDER £125: £7.80
• CHARGE FOR ORDERS UNDER £250: £5.30
  (MINIMUM ORDER VALUE £50)

We also provide a Premium Service whereby the following charges apply for urgent delivery:

• Before 10am the next day: £10.00
• Before 12am the next day: £5.45
• Sat am: £15.00

Can I pay by cash or on a pro-forma basis?

Unfortunately, FTD have a strict no cash policy. Pro-forma payments will only apply if you require goods urgently and your account is being processed. Otherwise all orders apply to a 30 day invoice on account basis.
